Home Delivery Service
Your Sunrise Milkman is the person who usually delivers your milk. He is self employed and runs his own business.
Placing Your Order
In order to take part in the Sunrise Dairies Home Delivery Service you must have registered as a Sunrise Dairies Home Delivery customer.
Sunrise Dairies may alter or withdraw this Service and amend these conditions of use at any time.
Sunrise Dairies may refuse this Service to anyone at any time for any reason
Acceptance Of Your Order
Your Milkman may accept your order at his sole discretion. No responsibility will be held by your milkman or Sunrise Dairies should he be unable to fulfil your full order. Prices will be set locally by your milkman.
If you have any further queries or problems with your order please contact your local Milkman or your Sunrise Dairies Depot.
Delivery
You will be contacted by your Milkman once your order has been received to confirm delivery time, etc..
Milkmen generally deliver six days a week but this is subject to local variations.
Delivery of your order will only be made at the address to which you have
registered for this Service.
Delivery is subject to availability of the products you order.
If there is a fault or damage to any products delivered you must tell your Milkman as soon as reasonably possible.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Payment
Please pay your Milkman direct – He will be able to advise further on his door to door collection schedule and payment methods.
Areas Covered by this Service
Sunrise Dairies provides this Service exclusively to customers in Northern Ireland. This Service is not available in any other area. For details of the areas served please visit our About Us Section. Governing Law
The courts of Northern Ireland shall have jurisdiction over any dispute which arises in connection with the use of this Service and any such dispute shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
Liability of Your Milkman and of Sunrise Dairies
Sunrise Dairies shall not be liable for any theft or loss of or destruction to your products once the products are delivered to your address. If you are concerned about such risks, you may wish to make special arrangements for delivery with your Milkman.

1. When and why does Sunrise Dairies keep information about you?
A When you access this website Sunrise Dairies does not automatically collect or store personal information about you.
